Seth Pachman

Dr. Seth Pachman is a highly accomplished physical therapist and entrepreneur who has dedicated his career to helping athletes achieve their peak performance. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degrees from Quinnipiac University, where he developed his expertise in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. Early in his career, Dr. Pachman was recognized as the youngest rehabilitation coordinator in the nation, overseeing the care of Long Island University’s 29 Division 1 athletic teams. In 2021, he founded Positive Sports Physical Therapy (PSPT) with the mission of bringing the Division 1 sports medicine experience to the everyday athlete. Under his leadership, PSPT has become the leading sports physical therapy practice in Queens, serving athletes of all levels, from middle school to professional, as well as fitness-focused adults.
