Dr. Nicholas F. Amico has been practicing for over 19 years. He specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions allowing patients to take an active role in their treatment and rehabilitation. His goal is to keep you active, as he not only addresses your symptoms, but fixes the underlying cause of your condition. He has worked closely with athletes of all levels, from the average runner to Olympic marathoners. He is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer who focuses on keeping his patients in the gym as they strive to become more fit.
Dr. Amico is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. He is certified in Active Release Techniques and Graston Techniques. He performs non surgical spinal decompression as well as other therapeutic modalities to aid in his patients recovery. Dr. Amico has lectured to personal trainers and triathletes, as well as many other professional and amateur athletes on such topics as the benefits of correct postural balances, proper training techniques and injury prevention and treatment.
