Colonial Voluntary Benefit

I am an Agency Development Manager (ADM) at Colonial Voluntary Benefits/Paul Revere at the Corporate Office in Garden City - Nassau County.   We are a national insurance company and the nation's largest enrollment company.   Our mission is to help individuals and families preserve and protect what they've worked so hard to build, particularly during unexpected life events.

 

I manage all aspects of the voluntary benefits, recruiting, interviews, provides 1:1 coaching and development, leads joint field work for the district and supports the onboarding and training of new agents.

 

I have been in the insurance industry for 8 years. My education helps establish the company's voluntary benefits providing comprehensive employee education about Colonial's insurance programs for Businesses, Associations, Government Entities, Labor Unions, Municipalities, Non-profit Organizations and Public Sector.
